Since joining Beach Commercial in 2014, Alex has helped clients with a variety of commercial real estate needs including industrial warehouse, office, medical space, and land. His exceptional market knowledge and extensive research in the Charleston area makes him an ideal candidate to handle your commercial needs.

Alex’s third-party clients also receive the benefit of The Beach Company’s extensive in-house professional services including lease administration, accounting, maintenance and emergency situation expertise.

BACKGROUND

Prior to being recruited to work with Beach Commercial, Alex worked with The Lundy Group in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Commercial Property Manager where he managed more than 1.5 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate including medical office, warehouse, mixed use development and retail shopping centers. During this time, Alex worked with a variety of clients and tenants ranging from the private sector to national retail tenants.

PERSONAL

Alex moved to Charleston from Raleigh, North Carolina in 2014. He graduated from The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he majored in economics. He is an avid sailor and outdoorsman. Alex worked as the Assistant Director of Sailing at Camp Sea Gull in Arapahoe, North Carolina.
