PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Robert joined Beach Commercial, LLC in 2026 as a Sales Associate with Beach Commercial, bringing hands-on experience across leasing, investment sales, landlord representation, and site selection throughout South Carolina. Robert represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across the Charleston market, drawing on his background in deal structuring and market research to guide clients through every phase of a transaction.
BUSINESS + EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Robert graduated from Furman University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, where he was on Dean’s List and a member of the Southern Conference All-Academic Team. Prior to joining The Beach Company, Robert worked as an Associate with Roadstead Real Estate Advisors, where he completed numerous lease and investment sale transactions spanning retail, office, industrial, and medical properties. Before that, Robert served as a Revenue Management Analyst with Maymont Homes, developing pricing and revenue optimization strategies for a large single-family rental portfolio, and interned with NAI Earle Furman, supporting market research and business development for a commercial real estate partner.
PERSONAL
A native of Myrtle Beach, Robert lives in Downtown Charleston where he enjoys spending time with his brother and sister, who both also call Charleston home. As a four-year NCAA Division I student-athlete, Robert played for the Furman Men’s Basketball Team and served as team captain in 2021 and 2022. Outside of the office, Robert is an avid golfer and basketball player, and enjoys staying active in the Charleston community.
